The view from hotel is very beautiful. The owner Mrs Sakshi was very helful she guided us for whole trip. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were well cleaned. There is so much to explore nearby the hotel . I totally recommend every one if they our thinking to visit Chamba .

I booked this hotel for stay of my relatives on the occasion of marriage of my daughter my entire stay here was very good & hassle free. Sakshi the hotel owner was very helpful & was always there for assisting us, the hotel staff was very cooperative. Food served was very tasty , I would like to recommend this property to enhance chamba visit experience

No value for money Need allot Improvements in all aspects. Basic Room cleaning was Missing forgot about Covid sanitization. Washroom was dirty, floor was not cleaned. I booked it online seeing rating of 3.6 hence thought it could be a good 3 star hotel but it was not. One of their staff was friendly and helpful helped us for 1 night Stay. Food was average we have ordered Thali and the taste was ok-ok nothing special. Overall an average stay with Aroma Palace.

Nice hotel. Good view. Nearby temple n market. Great hospitality. Hotel management is very flexible with any adjustment.They even arrange a hotel staff to bring us around places of interest around the hotel.

We arrived with no booking looking for 2 nights over a very busy holiday weekend. Everyone went out of their way to give us a room for 2 nights and could not have been more helpful with offers of extra sheets towels etc. Staff spoke good english (we are australians with no hindi). Wifi connection was excellent
